I had an awesome experience with the Appliance Man! My refrigerator was not staying cold and was leaking inside. Robert came out, and the first thing that impressed me was that he put on shoe covers before entering my home. He then quickly diagnosed my issues, showed me and explained the problems and gave me a very fair price for the repair. After I approved, he gathered all the necessary equipment and went to WORK!
He removed and replaced all items in my freezer, repaired it AND he cleaned all of the dust under and behind it when he was finished. I was amazed and pleased at the level of service I received!

Robert is extremely polite, professional and does excellent work. Pricing is good/decent, but even if you can find cheaper in NYC it’s rare to find someone who is as punctual and responsive as Robert on small fixes. He diagnosed, ordered and replaced a dishwasher pump for me in the timeframe I needed. He was extremely easy to work with and kept me updated the entire process. Very good experience with someone who clearly thinks about customer service.
